Terms of Service

Acceptance

DSP Pilot is a business management platform owned and licensed by Third Order Business Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) to independent Amazon Delivery Service Partners (“Our Clients,” “Clients,” or “a Client”) to assist in the operations and management of their businesses. By accessing the software platform or receiving SMS messages from a local or toll-free number assigned to DSP Pilot for a Client’s use, you agree to these Terms of Service which include the DSP Pilot license agreement, and to our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

Who may use this service

The DSP Pilot platform and SMS program are intended for Delivery Associates, dispatchers, managers, employees, and owners of Our Clients. Access is granted by account creation only and may be revoked at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with anyone else.
  • Use the platform to collect information about other associates without authorization.
  • Attempt to interfere with, bypass, or reverse-engineer the platform or its security controls.
  • Send or forward operational SMS content to third parties outside of a Client or the Company.
  • Connect a Gmail inbox that you do not own or that contains personal correspondence unrelated to your DSP operations.

SMS messages

Operational SMS communications sent through DSP Pilot via a local or toll-free number are governed by our SMS / Text Messaging Terms. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

No warranty

The DSP Pilot platform and associated SMS service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for carrier-caused message delivery delays or failures.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform or continued receipt of SMS after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
